Rates

The listed rates include 21% VAT and insurance. Per day you have 100 free km, part of the day 50 km. Parts of the day only for vans can only be rented directly at the counter from Monday to Friday based on availability and cannot be reserved or combined with individual days (part of the day is 4 hours). On Saturday and Sunday it is not possible to rent for a part of the day.  Upon collection, a deposit must be deposited, which consists of the probable rent increased by the deductible.

The minimum deposit is € 500.00.

Driver / Renter

The driver / renter must be at least 21 years or older and at least 1 year in possession of a valid driver's license. Driving licenses with NON-Western script must be shown together with an international driving license in Western script. We only rent on presentation of a valid driver's license and a recent (not older than 14 days) address identification in the form of a bank statement / letter tax authorities / account gas light /extract from the population register in the name of the driver / tenant. Identification is required; also for a possible second driver. This can also be shown digitally on a smartphone.

Insurance and Excess

The following deductibles apply per damage event:
- Vans up to and including 11 m³ € 900,- per damage event!
- For € 15,- per day to be reduced to € 400,-- For drivers between the ages of 21 and 24, the deductible is € 1800.- to be reduced to € 900.-.
- Vans from 12 m³ € 1100,- per damage event!
- For € 17,50 per day to be reduced to € 500,- For drivers between the ages of 21 and 24, the deductible can be reduced to € 2200.- to € 1100.-.
- Contrary to the agreed deductible, a high deductible applies
  in case of damage to the vehicle above 1.90 meters from the ground measured,
    and/or from 75 cm under the gutter of the vehicle: € 1.500,- In case of damage due to reversing or parking, the excess is also a maximum of € 1500, -

- These amounts cannot be reduced! Punctures and window breakage are entirely covered by the deductible.

Payment / Deposit

When picking up, the rental amount must be paid in advance.
As a guarantee we accept Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diner's Club.
If the excess is reduced, you can also withdraw the amount.

Return your car

The vans can be returned the last rental day up to half an hour before closing time or the morning after the last rental day up to half an hour after opening time.
Pick up your car

The car can be picked up from 8.30 am. If available, the car may be picked up the afternoon before from 4.30 pm to half an hour before closing time at no extra cost.
